Thomas “Tom” Peruzzi

Thomas founded P-Hold in 2009 after building aicooma into a cross-border technology and operations consultancy. He has served in interim CTO, COO and CEO roles, advised investors on technology transactions and supported founders as an investor and board member. From 2017 to January 2026 he helped shape Virtual Minds into a leading European AdTech platform as CTO and spokesperson of the management board. He also teaches, mentors founders and contributes to public discussion on digitalisation, innovation and responsible technology.

Emanuel Peruzzi

Emanuel joined P-Hold in 2025, bringing a computer-science education and early consulting experience into the family company. He supports P-Hold's work around technology assessment, research and new venture development. In August 2026 he became a managing director of Trusted E-Technology GmbH, the company co-founded by P-Hold, marking the next generation of operational involvement.
